WARNING OVER ILLEGAL STREAMING AFTER TWO BROTHERS ARE JAILED FOR A TOTAL OF 11 YEARS

Two brothers from Ilford, east London, have been sentenced to a total of 11 years in prison for running an illegal IPTV streaming service that provided access to premium channels like Sky and the Premier League.

Amir Butt, 56, was sentenced to seven years, while his brother Ammar Hussain, 39, received four years. Operating under various business names, they sold £200 annual subscriptions over seven years, defrauding legitimate businesses.

The sentencing highlights the severe penalties faced by those involved in illegal streaming.
